As the full moon rises in all its golden brilliance, we'll gather outdoors along the river to honor the abundance of the earth, release what no longer serves as, and connect more deeply with ourselves and the cycles of nature.
We'll begin with a gentle yoga flow, designed to open the heart, awaken the senses, and root us in gratitude. As twilight settles in, you'll be guided into stillness and ease, resting in supported poses as a deeply meditative sound bath washes over you. The soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and the gong will invite balance, release, and a profound sense of peace.
Why the Harvest Moon?
Spiritually, the Harvest Moon represents culmination and completion. It's a time to reflect on what you've sown-emotionally, energetically, and spiritually - and to give thanks for the growth and lessons of the season. As one of the brightest and most illuminating moons of the year, it offers clarity, insight and the opportunity to let go before the inward turn of autumn begins.

In this four session series, you will learn the basics of yoga, including poses, philosophy and origins, meditation, breath work and basic yoga etiquette.
