This practice will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a focused, positive mindset to carry with you throughout the day. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is the perfect way to set an intentional tone for your morning. Come ready to move, breathe, and embrace the energy of the day ahead!

Modifications will be offered. Participants should be able to easily get up and down from the floor.
