Embody: Pilates Yoga

Embody is an all-levels fusion of Pilates and yoga designed to build strength, confidence, and ease in movement. With a focus on breath, control, and fluid transitions, this class supports both physical empowerment and nervous-system calm. Each practice invites you to trust your body, explore your edges gently, and move with intention. Good for people looking to build strength and confidence through movement.
