Burnout quietly affects more people than you would imagine. Societal messages tell us to achieve more, push through, burn the candle at both ends, and show up for everyone except ourselves. It all comes at a cost. We end up disconnected and dysregulated. Our bodies ache, and our minds beg for a break. Recovering from burnout takes intentional practice over time, often using a variety of modalities. Join us in this supportive space as we navigate the effects of burnout, offering a gentle, compassionate approach to restoring balance. Through a blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and more, you'll be guided to release physical tension while also tending to the mental and emotional weight we carry.
