It all comes at a cost. We end up disconnected and dysregulated. Our bodies ache, and our minds beg for a break. Recovering from burnout takes intentional practice over time, often using a variety of modalities. Join us in this supportive space as we navigate the effects of burnout, offering a gentle, compassionate approach to restoring balance. Through a blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and more, you'll be guided to release physical tension while also tending to the mental and emotional weight we carry.
