Nourish your body, mind, and spirit in our monthly gathering that combines intentional movement with meaningful conversation. Each month, we begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice to create space for presence and connection, followed by a guided discussion of a thought-provoking book selected to inspire self-reflection and inner growth. Light refreshments provided.

Books will explore themes such as mindfulness, identity, purpose, and emotional wellbeing—offering not just stories, but mirrors for your own journey.
