Through slow, mindful movement, restorative yoga, guided meditation, and reflective journaling, participants will learn to recognize the signs of burnout and reconnect with the healing power of rest. This practice creates a safe space to release tension, soften the body and mind, and give your nervous system the care it urgently needs.
