Pop Up - Donation Based Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Join Alex for a special one-time pop-up class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body.

This 55-minute experience will begin with a 45-minute gentle Vinyasa flow, moving mindfully through accessible postures that link breath and movement. The practice will be accompanied by the ethereal, atmospheric music of Sigur Rós, creating a deeply calming and immersive space for movement.

After the flow, we’ll transition into a 10-minute guided mindful meditation, allowing the body to settle and the mind to grow quiet—an opportunity to absorb the practice and leave feeling grounded and restored.

This class is offered on a donation basis to keep it accessible to everyone and to support Alex as he begins sharing his teaching with our community. Come exactly as you are and enjoy this gentle moment of movement, music, and stillness.
