Chair Yoga with Jeanna

Chair Yoga is a gentle offering that is appropriate for nearly everyone. Modifications are offered throughout the class, allowing each student to progress at their own pace. All yoga exercises and postures will be done seated in a chair or standing, using the chair to aid with support and balance.

The class will focus on breath, mind & body awareness as well as connection to your inner self. Increase balance, flexibility and strength. Reduce stress and leave class feeling calm and at peace.
